Salon Policies

Booking: Please book your appointment two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment and
irregular hair care routine. Salon Nu’Lynie is usually booked a month in advance.

Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 hours will cost you a $35 invoice or apply to the next appt
service total. 48 to 24 hours allows someone to get off the waiting list.
^ Salon Nu’Lynie gives only one Grace appointment a year for no-shows, no calls, or texts. We
understand life happens to the best of us.

Late arrival: Salon Nu’Lynie will give you a 15 to 30-minute notice if we are running behind. We
ask that you give the same mutual respect. If you have multiple services scheduled and you are
running 15 to 20 minutes late be prepared to receive a basic service of shampoo & style service
(this may vary due to the salon calendar but is not limited to happening)

 Silent Appointments:  Salon Nu’Lynie is now offering silent appointments. This appointment will include minimum conversation during your service. For you to collect your thoughts and take slow deep breaths.
Your mental health is important to us. (This doesn't mean the salon will be quiet & will be bare
minimal conversation stimulation)
